Staff DevOps Engineer

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 8 -12 years in DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure Engineering. 

  
  

• Proven experience operating at Staff / Principal-like scope (multi-team, platform-level impact). 

  
  

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). 

  
  

• Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (cluster design, scaling, security). 

  
  

• Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines 

  
  

• Infrastructure automation and scripting using Python, Bash, or similar. 

  
  

• Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Loki). 

  
  

• Strong understanding of networking, IAM, secrets management, and cloud security fundamental. 

  
  

• Excellent communicator, able to translate technical trade-offs to engineering leadership and Stake holders. 

  
  

• Comfortable owning triage, incident decisions, and conducting RCAs.
