You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your typical day will involve bringing emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. You will use your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship, gathering requirements and analyzing, designing, and implementing technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and analyze business needs.
- Design and implement technology solutions to address client challenges.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and project teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules.
- Knowledge of integration between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
