You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support, to ensure that our documentation meets the needs of both technical and non technical users.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES a) Content Creation- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, release notes, and API documentation.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
b) User- Centric Approach Understand the needs of our diverse user base and create documentation that caters to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create documentation that aligns with the overall user experience.
c) Continuous Improvement- Regularly review and update documentation based on product changes and user feedback.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies and recommend improvements to the documentation process or structure d) Collaboration- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Customer Support, to gather information and insights for documentation e) Adaptability- Thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, adapting quickly to changes in product features and industry standards.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Should have 2-4 Years of Relevant Experience Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable documentation.
Proficient in using documentation tools and version control systems.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
