Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks, collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk, drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, and lead delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead and mentor junior team members. - Develop and implement project plans. - Ensure project milestones are met. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. - Experience in managing large-scale technology projects. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Knowledge of project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
