* 10+ years of project management for automation project delivery
* Led and management enterprise level projects, managed team of 10+ resources
* Lead the developers to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems.
* Guide team to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), including those by OpenAI, into existing and new applications.
* Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Communicate complex technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and LLM technologies.
* Contribute to research initiatives and innovation projects within the company.
* End to end delivery ownership of large scale automation projects
