You will create and deliver a focused territory plan and use customer insight to prioritise activity. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners. - Create and deliver a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs. - Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making. - Record, report and track activity and results accurately using company systems. - Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access. - Continuously learn about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution. - Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience. - Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory. - Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi or other local languages used in Buldhana. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Right to work in India. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or medical liaison roles. - Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals. - Strong planning, organisation and time management skills. - Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity. - Fluency in Marathi, Hindi or other local languages commonly used in the area. - High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
