Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with Stryker’s new and existing customers and drives recurrent sales cycles and continuous growth.
Cultivate new sales opportunities alongside the Regional Sales Manager, alongside planning and executing a quarterly and annual business plan, identifying existing revenue streams, and driving acquisitions across the territory.
Manage capital sales cycles for high value products. Provide consistent and timely reporting of key account activities, forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports.
Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and support in the operation and use of our Stryker’s Endoscopy products.
Attend sales training meetings, trade shows and other internal and external events to promote and give visibility to the companies’ products.
Achieve territory financial targets through effective customer management and new business development.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor degree in business, science or similar field
3 to 7 years of sales experience into Neurovascular segment
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
