Position: Training Coordinator - Education Services

Juniper Networks Training & Education Services team delivers a wealth of learning options & pathways for individuals, partners & customers. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of training course, delivered in both instructor led and on demand self-paced formats and support.
We are now seeking to appoint an individual into customer service specialist role that is able to support the team, customers, partners & students in facilitating & coordinating the service we provide.
Core responsibilities are:
- Provide efficient and proactive administration for a range of training & exam events, along with logistical arrangements, resource assignment, and communications.
- Manage catering and training room booking.
- Follow up on purchase order reception, provide booking instructions and invoice.
- Create and deliver vouchers and redeem training credits.
- Process lab reservation requests.
- On-board suppliers, raise purchase order, and track expenses.
- Track expenses & deferred revenue/carve out
- Respond to internal and external enquiries submitted to the Education and Training department.
- Provide administrative support to leaders, notably extracting metrics & formatting reports.
Key competencies
- High school diploma or degree
- At least 8 years of experience in administrating and delivering educational & training services
- Good knowledge of the sale & financial transaction processes
The following qualifications are required:
- Ability to complete training cycles (plan, create, coordinate, assign resources, and communicate).
- Good working knowledge of training methods & educational services.
- Excellent communication, customer services, planning and organizations skills.
- Excellent level of attention to detail, able to prioritize effectively and work quickly and accurately.
- Good working knowledge and experience of owning Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook), Salesforce, and Procurement Tools.
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Teams and Zoom.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- An understanding of reporting requirements and experience in providing accurate data.
- Financial awareness and a cost-saving approach to business.
Note for Applicants: This role will require supporting ECT (European Central Time) working hours. Candidates should be comfortable aligning their schedules to meet the demands of this time zone, ensuring seamless collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and customers operating within ECT hours. Flexibility and adaptability to this working arrangement are essential.
