Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the education sector
Proficiency in designing, managing, and delivering training programs for educators and staff
Strong understanding of educational trends, technologies, and teacher development needs
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage training initiatives
Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements
Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and curriculum will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute training programs to enhance the skills and performance of school staff and teachers
Identify training needs and develop modules focused on professional development and curriculum enhancement
Collaborate with school leadership to align training objectives with institutional goals
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
Stay updated on technological advancements and incorporate relevant tools into training sessions
Build a positive and motivating learning culture within the organization
Salary Range: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month
