Come join a growing Team as an HR Specialist in the Raytheon Technologies Global People Services Center. This service center functions provides support to employees, managers, and HR professionals. In this exciting role, you will research, analyze, and respond to inquiries ranging from simple policy questions to much more complex issues working closely with our GPS HR Advisors and Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners.

Typically, a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the customer service or HR fields and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling. Advanced degree and 2+ years related work experience.
