A leading company in the cross-border e-commerce industry is seeking a dedicated Reseller Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing reseller programs, ensuring seamless operations, and driving success through strategic support and community engagement. Key Responsibilities


  • Design and implement effective onboarding processes for resellers, including starter kits, training materials, and ongoing support.
  • Monitor reseller performance, manage commission and incentive structures, and oversee earnings distribution to drive sales success.
  • Foster a strong sense of community among resellers through social media engagement, events, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance teams for weekly fund withdrawals and customer support teams to address reseller inquiries.
  • Develop and execute sales incentive programs, including leaderboards, awards, and challenges to reward top-performing resellers.
  • Localize promotional materials and create motivational content that highlights success stories tailored to the Iraqi market.

Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Communication: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with resellers and external partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis for tracking performance metrics and driving insights.
  • Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of local market dynamics to create impactful campaigns and content.
