Role tasks and responsibilities:
Operations:
To direct and manage the JGC project static guard force, providing supervisory oversight of security personnel, whilst ensuring best possible service delivery.
Manage, implement, and help develop site specific standard operating procures (SOPs).
To organise and coordinate site security personnel and assets, conduct immediate risk assessment, provide initial incident scene management in response to both security and emergency related incidents.
To direct and operate the client Static Site Security Centre (SSSC).
Mange and implement all organizational policies on behalf of the static guard operating at the JGC project site including, but not limited to:
Human resources.
Logistic support.
Equipment support.
Collation and submission of static guard project, communications, and logistics returns.
Identify training needs, plan, and implement routine training programs, providing regular testing and evaluation of the static guard.
Supervise the completion and submission of Equipment Fault Reports (EFR) to communications, logistics departments.
Establish and manage routines, systems, and personnel to ensure the effective management of operations.
Quality Assurance
Assist in conducting bi-annual Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QAQC) processes
Personnel Management
To actively supervise static guard personnel in performance of operational duties as well as manage professional development and undertake performance management and reviews.
To ensure all Control Risks site security personnel understanding of, and adherence to CR SOPs.
To ensure appropriate behaviour, approach and discipline is maintained along with adherence to Control Risks’ ethical standards.
To ensure Guard force personnel awareness of and adherence to client & CR HSE policies.
Administration
To assist the PSM, HR and Compliance Managers in ensuring appropriate allocation and management of human resources for the Static Guard Force in alignment with employment law and company policy.
Supervise and maintain equipment support standards across the project in accordance with Equipment Support Policy.
