Warehouse Keeper

This role is critical in meeting the real estate project requirements on time while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Materials are delivered to requesting companies according to guidelines, with the recipient's signature obtained on carefully prepared delivery documents as per the specified lists.

 Receive materials and equipment and ensure they match purchase orders and invoices.
2. Organize and store materials in a way that allows for easy access and prevents damage or loss.
3. Record inventory movements accurately in the system or manual logs.
4. Conduct periodic and comprehensive inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
5. Coordinate with other departments to meet the needs of projects and sites.
6. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and adhere to general safety procedures.
7. Prepare regular reports on inventory status and potential risks.
  Education Business administration or related  Experience : (1 to 3 ) years    Skills In real estate development, the role of a "Warehouse Keeper" (or "Warehouse Officer") is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of construction sites.
This role requires a set of core skills that contribute to improving efficiency and reducing errors.
