Our newest opportunity is for a talented BIM Manager to join our award winning team based in Amman, Jordan.

Distance work can be considered if the candidate is based in their home nation (Outside of the GCC).

This critical role will be responsible for leading the digital delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards, client BIM requirements, and KEO’s Digital Delivery Framework. The role is accountable for developing and enforcing BIM Execution Plans (BEP), managing BIM Coordinators, overseeing quality assurance of models and data, and acting as the main point of contact for BIM with clients, consultants, and project leadership.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Developing and approving the Project/s BIM Execution Plan (Post-Award) in alignment with client EIRs and project requirements.
• Defining project -specific Common Data Environment (CDE) structures, workflows, and permissions.
• Supporting and validating the setup of project CDE configurations and access rights, ensuring suitability for the project size and complexity.
• Establishing project information standards, Level of Information Need (LOIN), and data exchange protocols.
• Coordinating with Project managers and Discipline Leads to plan BIM resource allocation and mobilization.
• Leading BIM Coordinators and Technicians to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.
• Assigning, tracking, and reporting responsibilities through TIDP and MIDP.
• Defining and overseeing QA/QC processes for all the project deliverables, ensuring alignment with ISO 19650, KEO standards, and client requirements.
• Overseeing the creation and maintenance of federated models and clash sets, ensuring alignment with project scope and client requirements.
• Acting as the primary BIM contact for clients, subconsultants, and contractors (in case of D&B Projects).
• Supporting bids and proposals by supporting the Sr. Digital Delivery Manager in estimating the hours or in the tender response documentation. 
• Contributing to refinement of KEO’s BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and workflow optimization to reduce abortive effort.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years of practical BIM and digital delivery, including at least 3 years in management role in a design office environment partnered with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other Infrastructure design-related fields.

Furthermore, you should demonstrate:

• Strong leadership and communication skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Autodesk Certified Professional – Civil 3D / AutoCAD
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 19650 and regional client BIM standards (GCC Market).
• Expertise in BEP preparation, CDE setup, QA/QC frameworks, and model audit processes.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM360) for oversight and validation.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record delivering BIM on large scale infrastructure projects (Roads, Utilities, bridges).
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing subconsultant BIM deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans and QA/QC procedure.
• Experience with federated model management, CDE platform administration, and model auditing.
• Familiarity with digital handover standards (COBie, AIR) and asset information requirements.
• Client-facing experience including workshops, training sessions, and progress presentation.
