Overview:
Digital/technical Manager who is
responsible for implementing, overseeing, and managing digital marketing
projects and strategies. Primary focus is on enhancing and growing the agency’s
client portfolio, existing client’s digital requirements and creating new opportunities
that can generate sales.
Knowledge in digital marketing’s best
practices and follows the industry’s standards. Well versed in website and app
development, data analysis and web analytics tools.
Skills and Expertise:
Understanding of immersive technology
trends (such as Virtual reality & Augmented reality, etc.) in order to
recommend and suggest unique and immersive experiences to clients. Understanding
the holistic approach of digital marketing and where each discipline sits in
the digital marketing ecosystem. Example: understanding the role of SEO,
on-page SEO, off-page SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing and e-mail
marketing.
Surface-level understanding of the
technicalities behind SEO, SEM, paid search, paid social, data analytics,
Website and app development (e.g. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), and Content
management systems (CMS).
Role and responsibility:
Overseeing the team and scope, planning,
budgeting, definition and initiation of digital projects. Must manage
resources, clients and teams to deliver web-based projects and digital
solutions based to the client’s and project requirements. Engage with account
and development teams to ensure project’s objectives are being achieved while
ensuring highest quality is being delivered.
·Planning, budgeting, definition
and initiation of digital development projects (websites, applications, CMS,
etc.)
·Must manage resources, clients
and teams to deliver web-based projects and digital solutions based to the
client’s and project requirements.
·Engage with account and
development of teams to ensure project’s objectives achieved while ensuring highest
quality is delivered.
·Establishing a pipeline of
digital activities and ensuring that the pipeline is aligned with the company’s
revenue targets and goals.
·Maintaining strong and
prosperous working relationships with important clients
·Identifying, exploring, and
evaluating business opportunities, performing risk assessment, and mitigating
potential risks
·monitoring overall progress and
use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
Qualifications and capabilities:
·Bachelors or higher degree from
a reputable educational institution. 10+ of proven years of Experience in Digital development
field with at least 5 years in managing team.
·Software Development,
networking background.
·Strong Communication and
presentation skills.
·Solid understanding of project
management systems
·Ability to manage workloads,
experience in working on multiple projects
