Export Manager

We are looking for aExport Manager to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:

üDevelop and execute export strategies to increase global market share for confectionery products

üCoordinate export logistics — including packaging standards, temperature control, shipping schedules, and customs documentation.

üManage export documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading

üCollaborate with production and quality departments to ensure export products meet destination-country specifications.

üWork closely with finance and logistics teams to ensure efficient pricing, payment terms, and shipping arrangements.

üBachelor degree in International Business, Food Technology, Marketing, or related field (Master degree is preferred).

üMinimum 8–10 years of export management experience, preferably in confectionery, FMCG, or food manufacturing.

üStrong negotiation, communication, and multicultural relationship management skills.

üProficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics GP, SAP).

üFluency in English (additional languages such as French, Arabic are advantageous).
