Factory Manager

The Factory Manager is responsible for supervising factory workers, making sure that factory operations run smoothly, and factory targets are met.

Main Responsibilities:

·Overseeing the production of goods, as well as developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.

·Establishing and executing quality control processes with the support of quality control managers.

·Managing related warehouses.

·Screening, recruiting, and training new factory workers.

·Planning and Implementing on the Job trainings succession planning.

·Responsible for shipping and customs administrations on incoming and outgoing goods.

·Responsible for the maintenance of machinery and ensuring it is in good working order.

·Regularly inspecting finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.

·Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.

·Preparing and submitting production reports.

·Leading and Motivating factory employees.

Minimum Requirements:

·Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.

·10 – 12 years' experience in similar job in a company producing veterinary drugs and pesticides, and feed additives.

·Previous focus on GMP production, planning, Operation.

·Excellent English and Computer proficiency.
