Technical Responsibilities:
Business performance, Financial Reporting and Analysis:
·Monitoring, preparing, and presenting the financial and business performance KPIs and ratio analysis of the group, creating a dashboard that acts as the true north compass for the board and management team.
·Analyzing and modelling business and market data, and translating into structured presentations, providing decision-making information to board and management team.
·Regularly preparing periodical (monthly and quarterly) financial, economic, market analysis and reviews basis trading, financial performance and market information, and providing management team early warning signs with respect to business performance.
·Reporting to management team (business health status, market by market volume and profitability assessment, and economic indicators)
·Developing the relationship and working closely with experienced trading team in established and new growth markets including Asia (South, Southeast), Africa, Latin America, Western, and Eastern Europe.
·Recommending business financial strategy for different businesses within the group, refocusing on profitable product portfolio and markets
·The role could potentially grow into Finance Director career path or into Commercial Manager through developing new customer relationships, P&L responsibility, and trading growth management.
Qualifications and Certifications
·Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance,
or related field.
·Preferred: Master’s in finance (MIF) or Business Administration (MBA)
·Preferred: CFA, CPA, or CMA qualification, or progress
·Languages: Priority Min Requirement: Strong Command of English Language written and spoken; in addition to Arabic language ; additional languages are appreciated but not required.
Work Experience
·2-3 years’ experience in Financial Analysis for a product division/regional division of a global or regional financial institution, production company or trading house, with supply chain assets with exposure to P&L.
·Experience in either internal or external consulting and strategic analysis
