HR Supervisor (Consulting)

1. Handling all recruitment and selection activities as per the established process; coordinating in that regard with the partners and managers in the different practices and divisions.
   

2)Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, alumni clubs, and social media groups, to continuously source top graduates from relevant disciplines.

3)Supervising the onboarding program for new associates; providing them with relevant material and plans, coordinating sessions, and following up on progress with the concerned partners and managers.

4)Overseeing training and development activities for employees, with a focus on online learning.

5)Providing support to partners and managers with regards to employee relations issues.

-2 to 7 years of experience in HR Management or related field, preferably within consulting or a similar industry (IT for example).

-Highly energetic with initiative spirit

-Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

-Excellent command of both Arabic and English

-Hands on experience in Recruitment (sourcing candidates, screening and shortlisting, interviewing, psychometric analysis, etc.)

-Hands on experience in Training (evaluation and selection of training providers, coordinating training courses, online training, etc.)
