Job Opportunity: Learning & Quality Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning & Quality Manager to join our team at an upcoming IHG hotel - Abdali Boulevard, Amman.
Position Summary:
As the Learning & Quality Manager, you will play a vital role in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing training and development programs, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and driving initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training programs aligned with IHG standards to support the growth and development of all team members.
• Monitor and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures to ensure adherence to IHG brand requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
• Partner with department heads to create tailored learning solutions that meet operational needs.
• Lead the preparation and execution of internal and external quality assessments.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an international hotel brand.
• Previous experience with IHG is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training-related tools.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams while maintaining a hands-on approach.
