Overview Collaborate with and support cross-functional teams delivering enterprise-grade digital projects, including CMS implementations, Salesforce deployments, and MarTech integrations with emerging AI components. You'll work alongside specialists who design data flows between enterprise systems while contributing to AI solution delivery and adoption. Your role combines hands-on project management with technical understanding to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions that create business value. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Enterprise Platform Implementation: Support teams implementing Adobe AEM, Optimizely, Salesforce and other enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines. MarTech Ecosystem Coordination: Work with specialists to coordinate implementation of data flows between enterprise systems, maintaining project documentation, and tracking deliverables. AI Implementation Support: Assist in the delivery of AI-enhanced solutions within enterprise platforms. Collaborate with technical teams to implement AI components according to project specifications. Agile Project Management: Apply agile methodologies to manage project tasks, facilitate team communication, and report project status to stakeholders. Release Coordination: Assist in coordinating release activities, including testing cycles, approvals, and deployment planning across integrated platforms. What Sets Successful Candidates Apart Experience supporting enterprise platform implementations Participation in digital transformation projects involving marketing technologies Project coordination in integration projects: Understanding API-based implementation approaches Coordinating marketing automation workflow implementations Supporting customer data platform integration AI implementation experience: Assisting with AI feature implementation in digital products Documenting AI use cases and requirements Supporting AI integration with existing systems Applying AI tools to improve project delivery Experience with digital accessibility (WCAG) standards Demonstrated ability to deliver business value through integrated digital solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field 3+ years of digital project management experience Required Technical Experience: Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (Adobe AEM and/or Optimizely) Familiarity with Salesforce and/or MarTech implementation projects Understanding of data integration between enterprise platforms Knowledge of modern front-end development approaches (React) Exposure to AI technologies and their application in digital projects Project Management Skills: Experience coordinating technical teams in agile environments Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications Strong documentation and communication skills Experience with AI tools for project management and workflow optimisation Certifications: Any of the following are a plus: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) CAPM or working toward PMP Adobe AEM, Optimizely, or Salesforce certification (basic level) AI fundamentals certification or relevant coursework Additional information R-3705 P-4210
