Description: Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Flutter mobile applications for Retail and POS platforms (Android & iOS).
- Develop features supporting POS operations, including sales transactions, inventory, pricing, promotions, receipts, and user access control.
- Integrate applications with backend systems, RESTful APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services.
- Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and offline capabilities, suitable for retail environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce clean code and best practices.
- Support junior developers through mentoring and technical guidance.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of professional mobile application development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Proven experience delivering Retail or POS software solutions.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs.
- Familiarity with payment processing, transaction handling, and secure data storage.
- Experience with local/offline data storage and synchronization mechanisms.
- Experience working in software companies in Jordan or the region.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
