Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Aspire, you will build and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript. You will work across both front-end and back-end components, develop modern user interfaces, build robust APIs, and contribute to cloud-ready architectures.

• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript.
  

  
  

• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
  

  
  

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to gather and refine requirements.
  

  
  

• Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code following best engineering practices.
  

  
  

• Integrate third-party services, databases, and internal APIs to support application functionality.
  

  
  

• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
  

  
  

• Participate in code reviews, provide technical feedback, and contribute to architectural decisions.
  

  
  

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.
  

  
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve development and production issues across front-end and back-end components.
  

  
  

• Stay updated with modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and full-stack development trends and apply new technologies when appropriate.
  

  
  

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end/back-end development using Node.js and React.
  

  
  

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with hands-on experience in modern frameworks.
  

  
  

• Solid understanding of React (hooks, state management, reusable components) and front-end best practices.
  

  
  

• Experience building backend services with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
  

  
  

• Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  

  
  

• Experience working with APIs, authentication methods, and integration patterns.
  

  
  

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
  

  
  

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  

  
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
  

  
  

• Ruby experience is a plus but not required.
  

  
  

• Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
