Senior Multimedia Designer & Content Creator Overview: Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Multimedia Designer & Content Creator to lead design projects and mentor junior talent.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all design elements from conception to final delivery.
Review the work of junior designers and provide constructive guidance and feedback.
Design and animate motion graphics, explainer videos, and promotional content for digital and social media platforms.
Listen to client and team design needs, develop innovative ideas, and communicate them effectively.
Delegate design tasks and provide support to junior team members.
Maintain high standards of quality and ensure only the best work is delivered to the client or employer.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-driven innovations.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a related role.
Proven expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
A strong portfolio showcasing advanced skills in multimedia design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in guiding a creative team.
