The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, supporting cross-departmental projects, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role requires a proactive individual who can track market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics, collaborate with team members, and maintain clear documentation to support business objectives. Strong communication skills, client relationship management, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, supporting cross-departmental projects, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Track market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies.Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.Maintain clear and organized documentation of business development activities and client interactions.Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future business.Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.Adapt to changing demands and work under pressure to meet deadlines and business goals.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in Business Development or a related role.Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.Bilingual in English & Arabic (written and spoken).Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Knowledge of compliance regulations and attention to detail.Skilled in project management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
