Patat To Go is seeking a proactive and experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our team in Kuwait. This role is pivotal in driving our catering business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring seamless event execution. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute catering sales strategies to increase revenue.
Identify and establish relationships with corporate and private clients.
Coordinate and manage catering events, ensuring a high standard of service.
Prepare customized catering proposals and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure flawless event execution.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain a database of leads and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Stay updated on food and catering trends to create competitive offerings.
Proven experience in catering sales or event management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with the Kuwait F&B market is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
