What You Will Do

• Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes, procedures, and guidelines.

  
  

• Assist Chef De Partie/Demi Chef De Partie in establishing and ensuring compliance with standard recipes.

  
  

• Inspect taste, temperature, and presentation to maintain consistent quality and portion sizes.

  
  

• Contribute to product development and efficient kitchen operations.

  
  

• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and requisition.

  
  

• Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen at all times.

  
  

• Support daily kitchen operations and uphold high food preparation standards.

  
  

• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and ensure adequate supplies for daily needs.

  
  

• Create appealing room amenities and support special culinary projects.

  
  

• Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude in all tasks.

  
  

• Adhere to food safety protocols and possess knowledge of halal food preparation.

  
  

• Respond to emergencies and comply with safety procedures.

  
  

• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.

  
  

What You Bring

• At least 2 years’ experience in the similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.

  
  

• Ability to work well under pressure.

  
  

• Works well in a team environment ability to work effectively under pressure

  
  

• Be thorough and pay attention to detail.

  
  

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

  
  

• Active listening skills.
