Reporting to the VM Manager, the Designer builds sales with customer in-store and project the stylist uses in-depth knowledge of the products and creative flair to build a ‘complete package’ of furniture and accessories
Job Responsibilities
Developing and presenting design concepts for modular kitchens to customers and suggesting appropriate materials and finishes.
Convert sales by adding on items and accessorizing, ensuring that the personal sales target is achieved each month.
Creating a plan which details the layout and appearance of all installations along with giving consideration to the electrical and plumbing system.
Providing innovative ideas and concepts to meet client’s needs
Provide architects & contractors a proper plan for big scale projects and ensure the design meets all requirements.
Creating detailed drawings and specifications for modular kitchen designs.
Ensuring that the design meets all safety and regulatory standards
Communicate the approved design with the supplier via the brand’s portal and follow up on the manufacturing confirmation on each Kitchen
Candidate Requirements
Knowledge of European modular kitchen design trends and standards (Italian & German)’s is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interpret customer needs and preferences.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Active listening, details oriented and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate, read and write fluently in English
