Administrative Support:Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain records for the IT department.Draft and circulate official IT correspondence, memos, and reports.Act as a liaison between IT staff and other departments.Prepare purchase requests for hardware, software, and services.Documentation:Maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and user guides.Keep inventory and records of IT assets and licenses.User Account Management:Handle account creation, password resets, and user access issues (on AD)Maintain records of IT equipment and user assignments. Technical SupportRespond to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Provide step-by-step technical guidance to users.Log and track user issues in the helpdesk or ticketing systemRemote Support:Provide remote assistance to users working offsite.Configure and troubleshoot VPNs or remote access solutions.
