Product Manager (Kuwait Resident)

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of product features that enhance the customer experience and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the e-commerce platform, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
• Lead the product development process from ideation through launch, including user research, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and deliver high-quality features that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and optimize the platform.
• Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and integrate their feedback into product improvements.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the product lifecycle, from initial concept through post-launch analysis and continuous optimization.
• Mentor and lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
• Proven track record of leading successful product development initiatives that drive business growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and the ability to collaborate closely with design teams to create intuitive user experiences.
