Sales Accounts Manger

The Sales Executive role at our IT Services company in Kuwait is a dynamic position that requires a proactive and results-driven individual. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With a minimum of three years of experience in sales, particularly in the IT sector, the Sales Executive will play a crucial role in our company's expansion and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the IT services sector.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
7. Provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
9. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
10. Assist in the development of sales training programs for new team members.
