Reporting to the Sales Manager, the main responsibilities of the Sales Executive are to promote and sell a company’s products ( Queuing Machine, currency counting machine, weighting scales )or services to potential customers. The job holder will ensure that all revenue generation and sales will be under the company policy.
I. Principal Accountabilities:
1.
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
2.
Revenue Generation: Generate Revenue through sales and service of products to achieve or exceed the agreed annual targets with the agreed Gross Profit margin.
3.
Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Have a deep understanding of the products and services and effectively demonstrate their features and benefits to potential customers.
4.
Business Development: Develop business by sales of products and services to new or existing customers by conduct sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of the products or services. Negotiating and closing deals with customers to achieve sales targets. Job holder will also target existing customers for Annual Maintenance contracts renewals as part of revenue generation and customer retention.
5.
Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities and adapt the sales strategy accordingly
6.
Customer Relationship: Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent service and support, resolving complaints and issues, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
7.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales performance by updating findings to senior management to review performance against set budgets /targets

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3 Years’ experience in Kuwait in a similar field
