Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, costing, or general accounting.
Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and company policies.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently.
Communication: Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., banks, vendors).
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, especially during month-end and year-end closings.
Certifications: CPA or relevant accounting certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
