Interior Architect/ Interior Designer

We’re hiring an Interior Architect / Interior Designer to act as an Owner’s Representative for remodeling projects across Lebanon and internationally.

This role goes beyond decoration. It’s for someone who thinks deeply, designs intentionally, and ensures every detail is executed properly, from concept to site.

• Designing with real life in mind: understanding how families actually move, live, host, rest, and use a home—then translating that into smart layouts, clear circulation, and spaces that feel effortless.

  
  

• Creating comfort you can feel: making intentional choices around:

  
  

  • Lighting (natural + artificial): mood, layers, warmth, and practical task lighting

    
    

  • Switches and controls: placement, convenience, and daily usability (no awkward “why is this here?” moments)

    
    

  • Acoustics and noise control: privacy, calm, and better sound experience across rooms

    
    

  • Temperature comfort and zoning: how spaces truly behave throughout the day and seasons

    
    

  • Views, privacy, and orientation: what you see, what you don’t, and how the home feels at different times of day

    
    

• Owning the details that elevate the outcome: selecting, reviewing, and coordinating:

  
  

  • Fixtures and fittings (sanitaryware, taps, handles, hardware)

    
    

  • Flooring, paneling, and finishes (alignment, junctions, transitions, quality)

    
    

  • Doors, windows, and curtain systems (proportions, sealing, functionality, look and feel)

    
    

• Protecting design intent on site: acting as the owner’s eyes—reviewing shop drawings, inspecting execution, catching issues early, and making sure what gets built matches what was designed.

  
  

• Raising the standard: questioning “default” solutions, spotting gaps before they become problems, and upgrading details to deliver a finished home that feels premium, coherent, and truly livable.
