Presentail is looking for a Marketplace Manager to join our Achrafieh office. As a Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of our online platform.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with online marketing and SEO techniques. Knowledge of industry trends and competition.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the online marketplace, including vendor relationships, product listings, and order fulfillment. Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase sales on the platform. Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and boost brand awareness. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for users. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the marketplace's reach. Provide regular reports and updates on performance to the management team.
