Responsibilities:
Curate and manage the product assortment on the website to optimize sales and customer experience Work with suppliers to source new products and negotiate pricing Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvements Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 2+ years of experience in online merchandising or e-commerce Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of driving sales and increasing conversions Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools If you are passionate about e-commerce and have a keen eye for product selection, we would love to hear from you!
