Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the CEO and other team members Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, meetings, and appointments Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO Assist in organizing events, meetings, and travel arrangements Conduct research and compile data as needed Maintain and organize files and records Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Discretion and confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
