Arabic and English is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company
targets.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to foster growth and
performance excellence.
- Act as a hands-on sales trainer to ensure continuous skill development and
performance improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients
and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable
insights to optimize results.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall
business goals.
- Oversee the creation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage and allocate the sales department budget effectively.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote
our services.
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Director, with a proven track record of
driving sales success.
- Experience in sales training and developing high-performing teams.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire
and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach
to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business
needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
(preferred).
