Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager supports the service delivery team at ampiO Solutions in ensuring the effective execution of technical initiatives for clients.  The TPM will collaborate with ampiO architects and developers to develop a project plan for each signed contract and ensure proper cross functional coordination & execution across all involved stakeholders. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver projects and custom applications; coordinate activities within the service delivery team and the client
• Analyze and provide regular status reports that are objective and reflect the true state of progress
• Management, Resource and Capacity Management and leverage these to improve control and visibility 
• Manage escalations either within the team or to sponsors and executives when needed
• Manage the complete lifecycle and facilitate the team to transition from phase to phase and lead the communication and dissemination of information between all working teams
• Develop and foster relationships with clients and external partners
• Facilitate weekly project reviews, including ownership of scheduling, presentations, and capturing meeting notes and action items and develop project closeout reports

• 2+ years of experience as a project manager using both Agile and standard project methodologies
• PMP Certification is a plus

• Ability to drive small to medium scale projects comprised of cross-matrixed teams
• Solid documentation skills related to business analysis and requirements gathering
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI and SharePoint/Teams 
• Appropriate sense of urgency and commitment for critical deliverables
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization
• Experience in implementing and maintaining accurate key performance measures related to project management best practices
• Detailed knowledge and proven experience with project management knowledge areas: integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder
• Demonstrated experience in implementing governance best practices (phase gate reviews, program reviews)
• Adaptable with history of leading effectively under pressure and through significant change
• A true collaborator and team player who can encourage and promote one team across groups to meet common goals and add value
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technical background with the Microsoft product ecosystem

Salary ranges between $1500/month and $2000/month depending on experience.

Candidate must be located in Lebanon.
