Your day-to-day
- Own a full recruitment cycle and help Hostinger grow by finding and hiring the best.
- Identify potential talents via headhunting, networking and proactive search.
- Dive deep into our recruitment process and continuously look for improvements.
- Build long-term connections and ensure highest-quality Candidate experience.
- Create partnerships with Hiring Managers and Bar Raisers, guide them and help to succeed.
- Bring new ideas to stand out from the crowd.
- Cooperate with other teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Touch on our Culture, Employer Branding, Leadership & Development initiatives.
- Never stop learning and investing into your professional growth.
Your skills and experience
- You are passionate about recruitment, finding and attracting the best talent.
- You have proven record in hiring for both tech and non-tech roles.
- You see the big picture and easily adapt to changes in order to reach and exceed business targets.
- You are an owner and don't wait to be told what to do. You are ready to raise your hand when no one does and turn a challenge into an opportunity.
- You continuously learn and develop yourself as well as share your knowledge with your peers and partners.

Compensation
- Gross salary 3000 - 4500 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
