Our client, a leading multinational information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting for DevOps Engineer (SRE) to join their business in the Luxembourg.

Key Responsibility :

• Application support of set of applications within BSS or OSS stack to ensure smooth running of production environment in any BSS and OSS stack for telco products (mobile, fixed & ICT etc)

  
  

• Analyses of production incidents, fixes and deployment

  
  

• Build deliverable package, prepare release notes & deploy on all test & production environments

  
  

• Configuration in other modules, debugging & fixing defects, Validation Testing and regression testing post deployment on test environments

  
  

Requirements:

• Min 5 yrs. in Telecom domain, excellent knowledge & experience in ITIL process (Incident,

  
  

Problem, Change and Service Request Management), application support for implementation in

BSS and OSS

• Configuration Management & Deployment on test and live environments, automation

  
  

• Hands-on experience on UNIX/Linux platforms, Oracle database, Scripting Language : Java, Python, Shell script, Javascript, HTML, SOAP / API. Must know - Log checking, error handling, troubleshooting issues, setup monitoring & alerts, automation, CI-CD Pipeline

  
  

• Hands-on experience in BSS and/or OSS modules for configuration, debugging defects & usage of other Tools for monitoring, code packaging & deployment etc

  
  

• Technical Skills : Shell Scripting, Python, SQL, other modules

  
  

• Tools : Jira, Confluence, other Tools
