Accounting Manager

Basis: Full-time

Main Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with local and international standards (GAAP / IFRS).
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and reconciliations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accountants.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing for multiple clients.
• Review bookkeeping, VAT returns, and payroll.
• Liaise with auditors and ensure audit readiness.
• Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Implement and improve internal accounting controls and processes.
• Handle client billing and ensure timely invoicing.

What skills do you need:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and MS Excel.

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
