Senior Accountant | Casablanca (Morocco)

We are recruiting for one of our clients an Accountant to strengthen their financial team. You will be responsible for managing the complete accounting, from entering entries to preparing financial statements and tax declarations.

Main tasks:

• Enter, reconcile, and post customer and supplier accounting entries.
• Track payments, control, and settle expense reports.
• Record payroll entries and prepare VAT entries.
• Manage fixed assets and perform cost accounting.
• Participate in monthly and annual closing, calculate provisions and inventory entries.
• Prepare the balance sheet, income statement, and tax declarations (Corporate Tax, VAT, tax return forms, social declarations).
• Monitor treasury, optimize payments, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Draft legal documents related to meetings and ensure legal and tax monitoring.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in accounting / finance.
• Significant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Rigor, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
