Hexcel is currently seeking an Engineering Manager for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and management of manufacturing processes, and applies knowledge of industry and customer requirements to develop robust processes
• Provide the right support to operation ensuring clear work instruction and process definition by helping identify process deficiencies and leads the implementation of effective solutions.
• Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Drive saving ideas on the engineering department to help on plant cost structure and collaborate with  the CI focal to maximise deliverables. 
• Engage the engineering team on the operational excellence plant activities as per the plan defined by the CI focal.
• Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
• Ensure NPI deployment at plant following APQP methodology and customer requirement. 
• Provide guidance and insight to upper management as required.
• Deliver work products consistently, on time and on budget.
• Identify and follow the capital project needs and ensure the right spending in place ensuring proper follow up on the spending accuracy

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree from engineering school: EMI, ENSEM, ENSAM, ENSMR, AUI..
• Experience of 8 years in manufacturing companies with at least 5 years in a management position is mandatory
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical problem-solving abilities
• CAD tools are a plus
• Green belt certified
• Language:  French- Fluent, English- Fluent
