The WordPress Developer will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and evolving the company's websites, including the main e-commerce site and several auxiliary platforms (institutional, business, catalogs...). They will be involved in all stages of the WordPress lifecycle: developing custom features, optimizing performance, integrating APIs, security, redesigning themes, and daily technical management of the CMS.  

• Develop and maintain custom themes and plugins according to internal needs.
• Optimize loading speed, technical SEO, and overall site performance.
• Implement and maintain a clean and scalable architecture (child themes, hooks, shortcodes, ACF, CPT...).
• Integrate third-party APIs (ERP, CRM, sending solutions, search engines, etc.).
• Manage updates, backups, tests, and security of WordPress environments.
• Fix technical issues and implement continuous improvements.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to faithfully integrate mockups.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for the launch of new content and features.
• Follow good Git practices: structured branches, pull requests, daily rebase, clear commits, and end-of-day push.
• Ensure clear documentation and traceability of changes.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate with a diploma from Bac+3 to Bac+5 in web development, IT, or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in advanced WordPress development.
• Excellent command of object-oriented PHP and the WordPress core.
• Proficiency in creating custom themes and plugins (without excessive reliance on builders).
• Solid skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery, ES6).
• Good understanding of technical SEO, performance, and WordPress security.
• Experience with WooCommerce, ACF, WPML, Yoast, WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of WordPress hooks, filters, REST API, and template system.
• Experience with Git / version management is mandatory.
• Rigor, autonomy, and ability to deliver clean, documented, and maintainable code.
