PLANNING ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a proactive and precise Planning Associate in Tetuan, Morocco, to report to the Manufacturing Services Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Planning Associate, you will be fully responsible for Executing and coordinating mid and short-term planning in line with market requirements, agreed DIO and ensure no out-of-stock for markets: prepare monthly production plans, adjust them and review as needed in line with updated market requirements and factory capabilities and / or constraints. Maintain production reports, ensure planning data accuracy and continuously support other MS and production functions.

Managing the new project process starts from scheduling the production plan to ensure all materials is ready to support production and volume meet the sales demand requirement and lastly the products meet the launch date.

Managing write-offs for obsolete and discontinued SKUs to reduced inventory stored at warehouses and optimized buffer stock levels.

Maintaining BOM and routing in the system to ensure all data input is accurate and ready to create a production schedule using SAP. Perform, check planning data and release production orders to produce finished products and semi-finished products in SAP (business management software).

EDUCATION

University (Masters) Degree in industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years experience in a Planning role or supply chain position (FMCG sector is a plus).

SKILLS

• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving abilities
• Excellent English, French, and Arabic is a Plus
• Excellent MS Office tools (Excel), knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• Strong sense of ownership and drive to have things done
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles
