You have in-depth mastery of one technical process and maintains that process using progressive maintenance standards, troubleshooting on multiple processes and issues when necessary. You also lead at least one standard work process for your team.
How you will contribute
Without you, we could not deliver high-quality snacks to our customers. You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, understanding losses in your area and taking the appropriate action to eliminate them. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and the advanced skills to maintain equipment at basic conditions, including AM and progressive maintenance (e.g., breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment Phase 2 tools including AM Step 4, working principle, general inspection, focused improvement 12 steps, and quality management Steps 3-6 Leading a standard work process using a plan-do-check-adjust approach
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Production Team Leader has full shift responsibility for a process area across all key metrics Safety - Quality – Delivery - Productivity - Cost – People. Manages production teams and repairs machinery and equipment on the production line.
Production Management:
• Manage 1 production line with 35 - 40 workers to deliver the production plan.
• Ensure volumes are produced in time in full against production plan
• Deliver the volumes with the planned and budgeted headcount
• Building and growing High Performing Teams in his area
• Coach and develop individual team members
• Team ownership of controllable costs, like area perf., overtime, consumables and material usage
• Own at least one Daily Management System for the Module/Value Stream
• Priority Setting through Daily Direction Setting and effective escalation of issues
EHS: Avoid incidents by ensure 'zero safety incidents' mentality and culture in their area.
Job-specific requirements:
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electricity & Electronic/Food Technology….or relevant background • At least 1-2 year of experience in production management positions, preferred in F&B Industry • Strong prioritizing skill, problem-solving and management skills • Understanding or experience with 5S, HACCP, ACA, TPM (AM, PM), Lean Six Sigma, ... • Willing to do rotational shift work and work overtime on demand (8 hrs/shift & 6 days/ week, 1 day-off/week on Friday) • English: intermediate, able to read English documents, write emails *
