Coders Connect is partnering with a forward-thinking B2B tech start-up at the intersection of design, data, and product innovation. This is a great opportunity for a Front-end Developer who combines strong UX/UI design skills with front-end engineering expertise to deliver meaningful, high-quality user experiences.

You’ll design and build intuitive, accessible, and performant product experiences for a B2B web platform. This role bridges design and development working closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to turn complex insights into simple, elegant workflows.

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Lead UX discovery and define user journeys, flows, and interaction patterns.
  • Design pixel-perfect UI in Figma and evolve a scalable design system.
  • Build interactive prototypes and in-code experiments to validate ideas.
  • Implement front-end features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Develop clear and actionable data visualizations using eCharts or Recharts.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across browsers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to iterate and deliver impact quickly.

Requirements
  • 5–10 years of experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven UX and UI design craft, from user research to final design.
  • Strong knowledge of React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards (ARIA, semantic HTML, color contrast).
  • Experience with data visualization and simplifying complex datasets.
  • Product-driven mindset and comfort working in fast-paced startup settings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Do not require VISA sponsorship support. 
Nice to Have

  • Experience in analytics or data-heavy product design.
  • Motion or interaction design experience.
  • Familiarity with design tokens and multi-brand theming.
  • Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms.
