About TNA Netherlands

TNA Netherlands, is a specialized manufacturing site within TNA Solutions, a global leader in integrated food processing and packaging solutions. The Woerden facility focuses on high-end, customized equipment for potato processing, including fryers, peelers, washers, dryers, and vacuum frying systems.

About The Role

The IT Support Engineer is responsible assisting staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, and software, ensuring compliance with established standards and guidelines.

The IT Support Engineer will report to the IT Support Team in UK.

Key responsibilities

• Provide desktop support (local/remote).
• Manage helpdesk and resolve tickets promptly.
• Administer Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Oversee LAN/WAN networks and cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365).
• Perform backups and maintain Windows Servers and VMware.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in ITC discipline; certifications in .NET, C++, mobile technologies recommended.
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, Active Directory, VMware, SAN, IT security.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Office 365, and backup solutions.

• MCSA certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing Azure Cloud environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems in global organizations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of hardware/software systems.
• Understanding of global economic, cultural, and political environment.
