Role Summary:

As the Territory Sales Manager for Nigeria, you will be entrusted with the multifaceted responsibility of managing the local office and overseeing strategic accounts pivotal to our growth. Your role will encompass driving sales strategies, expanding the client base, and ensuring that the company remains the preferred choice for mobile engagement solutions in the region. Business development will be at the heart of your duties, identifying and cultivating opportunities to further our market presence. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be a key figure in shaping the commercial endeavors and strengthening the footprint in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust strategic plan to hit sales objectives and broaden clientele base.
  • Forge and nurture relationships with crucial clients, ensuring they receive top-tier customer service.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with in-house teams to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular business forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Develop and present accurate sales forecasts, anticipating market demands and trends.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring telecom and gaming industry trends and competitors.
  • Uphold the highest standards, ensuring all products and services meet quality and regulatory benchmarks.
